Dr. Aizhan Shomotova is currently a faculty instructor at the College of Interdisciplinary Studies at Zayed University. She has more than ten years of international experience in higher education, including teaching, research, academic and career advising, and management. Her research interests focus on interdisciplinary studies, higher education, youth employability and employment, labor studies, leadership development, student learning and engagement, career and skills development, gender studies, graduate studies, well-being and happiness, media, digitalization, digital capital, the Middle East countries (MENA) and the Post-Soviet countries.
演講內容：
This presentation explores the current landscape and future directions for social welfare in Kazakhstan. It critically assesses existing policies and their impact on various demographic sectors, proposing innovative strategies to enhance welfare systems. The focus is on sustainable development goals to improve living standards and equitable growth throughout the nation.
